Sending an email to email@example.com will create a ticket in our helpdesk. However, if there is a critical issue, we recommend that you follow the procedure below to submit a ticket to ensure that one of our agents investigates the issue on priority.
Steps to create an URGENT ticket -
- Navigate to support.orderful.com.
- Click on Sign in and use your email ID and password to sign in to Orderful's helpdesk. If you don't have an account with us, click on Sign up and follow the onscreen instructions to create an account.
- Excellent! Now that you are logged in, click on the Submit a request at the top-right corner.
- You will be taken to a form, please fill it out with as much information as possible. The more information you give us about the issue you are facing, the better it is as it avoids us having to reach out to you for more information which in turn results in faster issue resolution. Please set the priority to Urgent, add any attachments that may be required and click Submit.
- Done! You have successfully submitted an Urgent ticket, you may click on your name at the top-right corner and then click on My Activities to view the status of the ticket and add comments to it.
