Any outbound transaction with a delivery status of "Pending" can be deleted. Deleted transactions are removed from any related workflows, and unlinked from any related Scenario checklists. Transactions can be deleted from the main Transactions page or from the page showing information about a particular transaction.
To Delete an Individual Transaction
- Navigate to the Transactions page in your Org Administration UI.
- Click on the row for the transaction you’d like to delete
- Click for the delete icon in the upper right of the page:
- If the transaction cannot be deleted, the icon will be greyed out and the tooltip will indicate the reason you cannot delete it.
- A confirmation dialog will come up to confirm that you would like to delete the transaction
- You will be redirected back to the main Transactions page and a notification will pop-up to inform you that the transaction was deleted
To Bulk Delete
- Navigate to the Transactions page in your Org Administration UI.
- Look for the delete icon which can be found in the upper right of the page:
- Select the transactions you would like to delete by clicking the check boxes next to them
- If a transaction cannot be deleted, the check box will be greyed out and the tooltip will indicate the reason you cannot delete it
- Click “Confirm deletion of X transactions”
- A confirmation dialog will come up to confirm that you would like to delete the transaction
- The transaction will be removed from the list and a notification will pop-up to inform you that the transaction was deleted.
